Reference to Cogent's master case "NA306633403" Evocative network is currently experiences network connectivity interruption to the destination which rely solely on Cogent for connectivity. For example, T-Mobile, Meta and Amazon etc. As a preventive measure, we have temporarily shut down all Cogent peerings in the affected region to avoid potential impact from the ongoing outage.
